This website is served as a static site by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technically necessary server logs (including IP address, timestamp, the file requested and the browser identifier) are processed when the site is accessed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Delivery runs over a worldwide server network, which may involve transfers to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Getting in touch
If you use the contact form or the email address given here, I process your details solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is being prepared, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your details are received by a server belonging to this website and delivered to me by email; for delivery I use Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. A data processing agreement is in place with Resend; this may involve transfers to the USA. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. To protect against automated submissions, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your input, processing technical data such as your IP address and details about your browser. I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies & tracking
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and embeds no tracking services. The only technically necessary data processed is that of the contact form's spam protection, see “Getting in touch”.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
